How we use your personal information

To schedule, confirm, reschedule and provide chiropractic care; to respond to your requests and questions; to send appointment reminders and care-related messages by phone, email or SMS text message when you have asked us to; to bill insurance or third parties you authorize; to coordinate documentation with attorneys and insurers at your request; to meet legal, medical-recordkeeping and billing obligations; and to maintain and improve this website.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

SMS text messaging and consent

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you appointment-related SMS text messages (confirmations, reminders and replies to your request). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to communicate with you about your care and appointments, and is shared only with the messaging service provider that delivers our texts on our behalf.

Your care team and clinic staff who need the information to treat you; insurers, claim adjusters or attorneys you authorize; service providers who help us operate the clinic and this website (such as our scheduling, email and SMS delivery providers, and website hosting and analytics providers), who may use it only to perform services for us; and government or legal authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal or health information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Health information

Your medical records are handled under applicable federal and Arizona health-privacy law and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide in the office. Ask our front desk for a copy at any time.
