SMS Policy

We use text messages for one reason: to keep your care on track. Here's exactly what we send, how you opt in, and how you stop it.

01

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from KTK Chiropractic. This includes SMS messages for appointment confirmations, reminders and reschedules, follow-up after a visit, care instructions, and account or clinic notifications.

Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, text STOP. For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://ktkchiro.com/.

Visit https://ktkchiro.com/privacy for our privacy policy and https://ktkchiro.com/terms for our Terms of Service.

02

Consent to receive messages

When you give us your mobile number — by phone, on a form, or in our office — you consent to receive text messages from KTK Chiropractic related to your care. Consent is never a condition of receiving treatment.

Message frequency varies with your treatment schedule. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.

03

What we text you about

Appointment confirmations, reminders and reschedules; follow-up after a visit; care instructions your provider asks us to send; and occasional clinic updates such as hours or location changes.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. We do not sell your number, and we do not send third-party marketing by text.

04

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to end all text messages from us. You'll receive one confirmation, then nothing further. Reply START to resume, or HELP for assistance.

You can also call 623-257-2000 or email info@ktkchiro.com and ask us to remove your number.

05

Protected health information

Text messages are not a secure channel. We keep the clinical detail in texts to a minimum and never include full records, diagnoses or billing information. Ask us to use a phone call instead if you'd prefer nothing clinical in writing.

Never use text messages for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

06

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
